ADHD symptom self-check

A private check-in using the ASRS v1.1, a widely used adult ADHD symptom questionnaire. It is meant for your own insight and to track how things change over time, especially on treatment.

This is a screening questionnaire, not a diagnosis. A high score does not mean you have ADHD, and a low score does not rule it out. Attention difficulties are common and have many causes, so a high score may reflect stress, low mood, anxiety, or poor sleep rather than ADHD. Only a clinician can diagnose, taking your full history into account. Everything you enter stays on your device; nothing is sent anywhere.

Over the past 6 months, how often have you...
